What is our return policy?

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and product integrity, bedding, bath items, and scent products are considered final sale once opened or used.

How do I initiate a return?

To begin a return, please contact us at Carmen@cferreiradesigns.com with your order number. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
